I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were just stunning, offering beautiful views overlooking the Columbus Commons. The service was top-notch with great amenities like dry cleaning and pet services available. The location couldn't be better, right beside the Ohio Theatre and close to Grant Hospital and High St for shopping. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the Sicilian pastries. My stay at this hotel was really a mixed experience. Although the rooms were never cleaned by housekeeping, the fluorescent lighting was a bit harsh, the view overlooking the Columbus Commons was simply stunning. The service was good overall with convenient amenities like dry cleaning and shops available, and there were even pet amenities for furry friends. The location was superb, being right beside the Ohio Theatre and close to everything in downtown Columbus, including easy access to the river for exercise.
